Core Message
In the spiritual realm there is only one Source — Christ.
God’s plan for every believer is total dependence on Him so that Christ has first place in everything (our sanctification — Romans 8:29).
Every believer is in perfect union with Christ at the center of their being (Romans 7:4 — “joined to another… so that we might bear fruit for God”).The Problem
The enemy diverts Christians away from Christ as Source by substituting:
• People (self, famous pastors, following men)
• Places (denominations, church buildings)
• Things (traditions, programs, methods, activities) Result: Many churches have “a form of godliness, although they have denied its power… always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth” (2 Timothy 3:5, 7).Theme Verse
1 Corinthians 1:30
“He is the source of your life in Christ Jesus, whom God made our wisdom, our righteousness and sanctification and redemption.”Christ Is the Source of Our:
- Wisdom
- We have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16).
- True wisdom and revelation knowledge come directly from the Holy Spirit through listening prayer (Colossians 1:9; Proverbs 2:6).
- Reject worldly/natural wisdom.
- Righteousness
- Christ Himself is our righteousness (Romans 3:21-22; 10:4).
- We are 100% righteous by faith — not by keeping the Law or self-effort.
- Legalism (trying to earn righteousness) is a major deception; we rest in the finished work of the Cross.
- Sanctification (Growth & Transformation)
- God (Christ) is the One who causes all spiritual growth and maturity (1 Corinthians 3:6-7).
- Sanctification is inside-out — abiding in and depending on Christ (Romans 8:29; Philippians 2:13).
- Our only role: present ourselves to God as alive from the dead.
- Redemption
- Through His blood, Christ fully redeemed us, forgiving all sins (past, present, future) — Ephesians 1:7.
- He also redeemed us from the curse of the Law (Galatians 3:13).
- We are saints under Grace, not sinners under Law.
Final Call
Return to Christ as your only Source for everything.
Abandon all external substitutes. Live from your union with Him through dependence, listening to the Spirit, and revelation knowledge. When Christ is our Source, we will deeply know, experience, and manifest Him.
