The meeting of Grace Christian Church. We meet in person and stream services every Sunday at 10:30 AM EST in Manalapan, New Jersey.
Through Jesus’ death and resurrection (“It is finished” – John 19:30), believers receive all spiritual truths as a completed gift. Christianity = revelation-based living, not rule-keeping.
Christianity Runs on Revelation
- Every believer is permanently indwelt by the Spirit of Christ (1 Cor 6:17).
- God is in constant revelation mode 24/7.
- Two obstacles:
- Learning to listen to Holy Spirit.
- Believing what He reveals.
- 4 best practices to receive revelation:
- Be quiet & still before the Lord.
- Be an active listener (internal spiritual inklings confirmed externally).
- Ask: “Lord, what do You want me to know, do, or see?”
- Journal revelations & pray them back.
28 Truths Already Covered from Romans 5-8
(Highlights: co-crucified, co-resurrected, dead to sin/law, Spirit leads us, no condemnation, glorified with Christ, etc.)
Today’s Focus: Romans 8:31-39
3 LIFE-CHANGING TRUTHS (upon belief in Christ)
- We Have ALL Our Needs Met By Christ (vv.31-32)
- God didn’t spare His own Son → He will freely give us everything else.
- Physical needs and core spiritual needs (love, acceptance, worth, significance).
- Stop searching in the wrong realm! Christ meets real needs, not perceived ones.
- Personal illustration: Career ladder = false source of value → revealed “My worth is in Christ alone.”
- We Have NO Condemnation in Christ (vv.33-34)
- No one can accuse or condemn us — God declared us righteous.
- Christ is at the right hand pleading for us.
- 90% of U.S. churches still teach law/rule-keeping → produces judgment, burnout, self-righteousness.
- Warning: Don’t let legalistic Christians pressure you back under law (Galatians repeat).
- Stand firm: We are complete in Him (Col 2:10).
- We Can NEVER Be Separated from the Love of Christ (vv.35-39)
- Nothing in creation can separate us: trouble, persecution, demons, death, hell — NOTHING.
- Satan’s #1 lie: “You sinned → God doesn’t love you anymore.”
- Truth: God’s agape love is unconditional & poured into our hearts (Rom 5:5).
- Result: The love of Christ controls us → we live for Him, not self (2 Cor 5:14-15).
Closing Challenge
- Without revelation, these truths stay in your head.
- With revelation + faith, you enter God’s rest & live the abundant, victorious life.
- Question to the church: “What has God revealed to YOU about the Finished Work of the Cross recently?”
Final Declaration
Because of the Finished Work of the Cross: ✅ We Have All Our Needs Met By Christ! ✅ We Have No Condemnation in Christ! ✅ We Can Never Be Separated from the Love of Christ!
